We provide legal assistance for investors, contractors and subcontractors.

We represent our clients in administrative proceedings for obtaining building permits and zoning conditions on their every stage. We prepare legal due diligence of real properties used in the construction investments.

We draft and negotiate contracts for acquisition of real properties, construction works, general contractor contracts and subcontractor agreements, as well as contracts for purchase or sale of construction investments under way.

We support our clients in their contacts with banks and other institutions providing financing and refinancing of investments. With this respect we draft and negotiate financing agreements including collateral agreements of different kind.
